What You'll Do:
- Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats
- Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation instructions with accuracy
- Ensure systems are properly installed and functioning according to the manufacturer's specs and local codes
- Work alongside project managers and fellow technicians to complete jobs efficiently and on time
- Maintain a clean and organized job site from start to finish
- Educate homeowners on system operation and maintenance
- Complete installation paperwork and communicate effectively with dispatch and office staff
- Follow all safety standards and company procedures
- 1–3 years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong mechanical skills and high attention to detail
- Physically able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment
- Experience working with ductwork or sheet metal
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- NATE Certification
- Experience with zoning systems or smart thermostats
