One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is hiring an experienced Lead HVAC Installer for our Kill Devil Hills, NC location. We’re looking for someone who can run installs efficiently, lead a crew in the field, take pride in clean workmanship, and help maintain the level of quality our customers expect.

What You’ll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Train and mentor install helpers and apprentices in the field
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to the company's standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the install process
- Maintain organized job sites, paperwork, and company vehicles
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required
- Strong leadership, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Service Titan experience is a plus

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
